At ScentClub we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer distance-selling rules.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to start a return

Refunds
